A Sudden Rush of Comfort
Unexpectedly, my new Mirra chair arrived this morning, replacing the hard dining room chair I’d had to make do with since my previous office chair decided it wanted to start reclining enough for me to be unable to see the desk surface any more.
The chair is now pretty much the most expensive item of furniture in the studio. I didn’t get that sudden “now that’s comfortable” rush I’d hoped for, but I guess I didn’t really expect to. The more switches and levers there are to adjust the thing, the more work one has to put in.
Such a shame I’m out at a meeting all afternoon and don’t get to try it out properly.
